Kobe University 神戸大学
- Hyogo, Japan 兵庫県
Kobe University primarily offers courses in Japanese (although their language requirements vary by program), and so it may be a good choice for students who have studied Japanese and are looking for a school environment that will allow them to hone and refine their language skill. Kobe University has a wide range of departments and has many fascinating research opportunities for students. The school also provides chances for students to take some trips to broaden their cultural experiences.
Kobe is part of the Kansai Region, which is known for its breathtaking natural attractions (such as San’in Kaigan Geopark) as well as unique attractions in the arts (such as the Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum). Kobe is relatively close to Kyoto and Osaka, and also to Takarazuka City (home to the famous all-female musical theater troupe The Takarazuka Revue).
